In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing event operations, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, and ensuring each event unfolds flawlessly. Key Responsibilities:
- Client and Guest-Focused Service: Prioritize the needs and experiences of clients and guests, ensuring their utmost satisfaction through exceptional customer service. Act as the face of The Addison Grove and Prospect House, representing its high standards in every interaction.
- Maintain Pristine Venue Conditions: Keep all facilities and property areas immaculate throughout the event, reflecting the venue's commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
- Effective Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve any challenges that arise, maintaining the event's smooth flow and safeguarding the client experience.
- Uphold Staff Professionalism: Ensure that all staff demonstrate the highest level of professionalism, mirroring the venue's dedication to superior service and client satisfaction.
- Adherence to Venue Standards and Expectations: Comply rigorously with the standards and expectations set forth by Heyens Hospitality management, upholding the venue's values and ensuring a memorable event.
- Event Management and Liaison Responsibilities: Diligently complete event manager checklists and act as the crucial link between day-of vendors, staff, and upper management. Report essential event details, ensuring all aspects contribute to an unparalleled client experience in line with the venues’ standards.
- Support Bar Staff and Guest Service: Assist bar staff during events as needed offering direct support to guests, contributing to a hospitable and enjoyable experience.
